The finished full-colour and grayscale logo-design project for the very talented multinational artist/songwriter Monika Hoffman.
Go check out her spectacular voice, you won’t regret it!
Shots Description:
NEW: ERGO Direkt - I modelled and shaded the red waste-collector in the first shot as well as rigging, animation, texturing and lighting of the butterflies.
NEW: SDLG - I set up and animated all scenes for previs, assisted in Scene setup, modelled Maracana stadium, assisted in the texturing and shading of Maracana stadium, assisted on animation and texturing in the inception-like shots as well as assisting in geometry clean-up of the 3D city. I also modelled and added texture projections to the buildings in the foreground. Lastly I animated the the excavators and dropping bridge in the final shot.
FDB TVC – I was in charge of the modelling and texturing of various photoreal objects as shown above. The client provided us with the physical objects they required in the spot.

Grundfos Red Wolf Project – I was in charge of animating the lazer-beams coming in from the sidelines as well as prepping the buildings with dummy 3D objects and R and D on how the lazers behave on the buildings themselves. I also made a shader for the blueprint-like product shown in the last shot of this spot.

LEGO Harry Potter – I got various responsibilities on this project. I did the product texturing, as well as the base shading of the products and also all the facial texture-animation inbetweens. I simulated all the cloth-animation in this project as well as setting up an extra light-flicker expression to emphisize the fire effect in the first shot. I also made the mattes for all the lightning-bolt effects coming from the wands (Note: not the one surrounding the logo)

LEGO Kingdoms – As the one above I did the product texturing, as well as the base shading of the products and also all the facial texture-animation inbetweens. I simulated one shot with cloth-animation in this project as well as rigging the chickens and the pig.

During my time at Gimmick VFX I have been doing a lot of work for LEGO but due to their NDA’s I’m not allowed to show for it. I have on these projects been doing texturing, rigging and some animation as well, primarily using Maya, Photoshop and The Foundry’s MARI.
